What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
I was raised in a family that fully supported each other through all circumstances. My father sacrificed long hours to grow his company that supported our family. My mother sacrificed to take care of the household, my brother, myself, and my father since he was at work so much. This kind of support and sacrifice is what has inspired me to drive forward and support my family to any extent necessary.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
My family would attend large family reunions in Prince Albert National park. My brother and I would roam free with our cousins and play all throughout the park. I hope to be able to give our kids that kind of freedom and vacation.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
We support the community through our social media avenues. We receive a lot of health and nutrition questions as well as hormone-based questions. While we are not doctors or certified in this way we find it really helps people to be able to advise them on the correct practitioners to contact and support them trying to effectively navigate our health care system.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would change the monetary-based systems that directly lead to in-humanizing characteristics being celebrated and rewarded. We Love to support and applaud people's health. happiness and successes. If the world could see that healthy, happy people are the most important resource maybe we wouldn't exploit that for personal and corporate gain.

What is the goal of your business?
To help people consistently improve their performance and life as a result.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Making sure my priorities are always in order. Sometimes it's easy to get too focused and let important things take the back seat.
What do you always find yourself saying?
"Strength about all."
Tell us your best piece of life advice.
Always solidify and maintain your foundation. No matter what you are working on, the foundation will eventually limit you if you aren't maintaining and growing.

Michael Jordan.

Small businesses often have smaller margins than the big box stores with huge buying power. These people are building something for their family, not their shareholders.
