Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My husband and son because they make me laugh and drive me crazy.
What is your favourite local store in Kamloops and why?
Be Teased because it has delicious and nutritious food.

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Tahiti, so I can lie on a beach and read a book.
What is your favourite activity in Kamloops?
CrossFit
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
A few years ago, we decided to sell everything and move to New Zealand. It was like walking through the desert, we kept waiting for something amazing to happen but the miracle happened when we returned. We decided to take the plunge and open our own gym. In less than a month, everything fell into place. We had a space for the gym, a place to live and member's knocking on our doors!
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
My favourite childhood memories are of Christmas morning! I love the suspense and surprise of it all.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
Every month we host a charity workout and collect money all year to donate to different local charities.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would like to see an end to Mental illness and the suffering it causes those afflicted with it, their family and their friends.
Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
A local coffee shop, I like to change it up.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?
More supportive housing for seniors because they live on very limited incomes and have complex and chronic care needs.
What do you think makes Kamloops great?
It's variety of activities and hot summers!
What are 3 things on your bucket list?

My real hair colour is dirty blonde.

I want to help people make positive changes in their life.
What is the goal of your business?
To help people improve their fitness and be a part of a happy community.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Being shy and having anxiety.
What do you always find yourself saying?
Hard work pays off!

Stay in your own lane and focus on what you are doing, don't compare yourself to someone else or what they are doing.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
Because it supports local families
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Any time someone thanks me for helping them be healthier and feel fit.
