Part of that communication is actually responding to clients on whatever medium they prefer, be it in-person, phone, email or social media.
“I pride myself on always responding to my clients in a timely fashion,” says Andrew.
“I believe it’s a basic skill set of a good sales person that seems to be lost with the proliferation of social media reliance.”
Most of Andrew’s business is referrals, so there’s generally always a relationship to a past client or friendship group.
Andrew’s background includes working around the world in hotels, at Delta and Fairmont hotels in BC, construction and now, 16 years selling real estate in Kamloops, starting with helping market the Tobiano Resort Development.
Today, he works in all areas of real estate in Kamloops.
“There just isn’t anything that compares to years of experience,” states Andrew.
“I have been through two market corrections and have had to manage the roller coasters that come with that. My background in construction also helps when breaking down a house purchase for a client. I can see things that perhaps other realtors can’t.”
