(UPDATE: Aug. 18 @ 8:30 am) - The Kamloops RCMP have located a 44-year-old woman who was reported missing last week.
In a news release sent out late Saturday evening, the RCMP thanked the public for their help with the situation.
(Original story: Aug. 15 @ 12:50 pm) - The Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help locating a woman who did not show up for work last week and has since been reported as missing.
Skina Sao Marankan, 44, reportedly did not show up to work on Aug. 7.
“Investigators have since confirmed that she has moved from her last known residence,” says S/Sgt. Janelle Shoihet in a news release.
“Sakina’s current whereabouts or residence is unknown, we are therefore reaching out to the public to assist us in locating her.”
Sakina is described as:
5’5”
160 lbs approx.
Black hair
Brown eyes
Anyone who has information about her current location or current residence is asked to call the Kamloops RCMP at (250) 828-3000 and refer to file 2024-25665.
