After taking over the summer of 2016 with Pokémon Go, the game's creator Niantic Labs has announced it is working on a Harry Potter augmented reality game.
According to the company, the game would be similar to the popular augmented reality game Pokemon Go. Harry Potter Wizards Unite will show digital images on top of real-life objects when viewed on a smart phone or tablet.
Details on the game are scarce; however, the company let the public in on the premise of the game.
"Players will learn spells, explore their real world neighborhoods and cities to discover and fight legendary beasts and team up with others to take down powerful enemies," Niantic Labs said in a press release.
Niantic has not announced a release date, but the company said more information will be available in 2018.
